Process characteristics and operation result of pulverized coal injection system for BF at Shijiazhuang I & S Works

石家庄钢铁厂高炉喷煤采用KOSTE浓相输送技术,其工艺特点是输送浓度高、流速低、耗气量少、喷煤均匀、安全等。自1994年4月以来,该系统运行正常,喷煤量达到了设计水平。两年多的实践证明,该系统技术先进、运行可靠。

The KOST'E dense-phase transport technology was applied to coal injection system for BF at Shijiazhuang I & S Works.Its process characteristics are high transport density,low flow rate,low consumption of nitrogen gas,even coal injection rate and good safety in injection,etc..Since April of 1994,stable operation of the system had been achieved,coal injection rate had reached design value.The operation practice for more than two years shows that the system is advanced and reliable.
