摘要
梅山3号高炉(1250m^3)设计中采用了法国陶瓷杯、闭路循环冷却、串罐无料钟炉顶、热管换热器、炉前水冲渣、皮带上料、喷吹煤粉和出铁场、矿槽电除尘等多项适用、可靠、先进的技术。3号高炉投产85天后利用系数达到2.0,风温达到1130℃。
A good few applicable,reliable and advanced techniques were adopted in the design for Meishan No.3 BF,such as the ceramic cup,closed loop cooling,the bell-less top with series two hoppers,heat pipe type heat exchanger,slag granulation with water,belt conveyor charging,pulverized coal injection,and the electric precipitation for casthouse and hoppers.After the BF was blown-in for 85 days,the productivity of 2.0 t/(m3·d) and the blast temperature of 1130℃ were achieved.
