Grounding problems of broadcast and TV equipments is very important.Not being able to deal with the problems may make the equipments run in an un- stable state,which will affect broadcasting safely.This essay elaborates on the grounding problems from three aspects as classification of grounding,measure of grounding resistance and grounding construction.
