摘要
利用汉诺威分析仪对低氢型结构钢焊条的焊接参数进行测试分析,发现低氢型结构钢焊条短路过渡形态的特征与加权燃弧时间T3及过渡周期时间TC有关,据此建立低氢型结构钢焊条的特征信息对应关系图,为科学评价低氢型结构钢焊条的工艺性提供了新思路。
Analytical results of low hydrogen construction steel covered electrodes’ welding electric parameters using HANNOVER Analysator show that the characteristics of low hydrogen construction steel covered electrodes’ short-circuiting transfer forms is related to weighted burning time T3 and transferring cycle time TC. So corresponding relation graphs of low hydrogen construction steel covered electrodes’ characteristic information were drawn and this offers a new idea to evaluate the usability of construction steel covered electrode.
