体外高频热疗机治疗慢性直肠炎83例临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of High-frequency Thermatologic Instrument in Extracorporeal Treatment of Chronic Rectitis.Analysis of 83 Cases

采用体外高频热疗机加药物（庆大霉素8万U、地塞米松5mg、生理盐水50ml）保留灌肠及外用复方甲硝唑栓（庆大霉素8万U、甲硝唑0．2g）塞肛治疗慢性直肠炎83例。治愈率为79．5%，好转率为18．0％，总有效率为97．5％；远较单用药物保留灌肠及外用复方甲硝唑栓塞肛对照组（60．0%，15．0%，75．0％）为优，该法无痛苦及明显副作用。

An over-all therapy of high-frequency thermatologic extracorporeal therapy accompanied with retention enema of gentamycine（80 000U） ,dexamethasone（5mg） ＆ normal saline（50ml） ,and also accompanied with suppository of metronidazole（0.2mg） plus gentamycine（80 000U） was applied in the treatment of 83 patients with chronic rectitis. As results,the cure rate was 79.5% ,the improvement rate was 18.0%, and the general effective rate was 97.5%, better than that of the controlled group（79.5% vs 60.0%, 18. 0% vs 15. 0%, 97. 5% vs 75. 0%）. What is more, this combined therapy has no pain and obvious side effect.
