摘要
为观察PPH治疗以出血为主要表现的痔的止血效果，回顾性分析52例临床资料，并进行随访观察。术中17例附加外痔切除，39例附加痔上动脉缝扎，所有患者术后出血缓解，其中28例术后有少量排便带血和便后手纸带血，全组无术后大出血，术后复查痔核明显缩小。结果表明，对以大量出血为主要临床表现的内痔患者施行PPH可达到满意的治疗效果。
The clinical data of 52 patients with hemorrhoidal hemorrhage,who had undergone PPH treatment,were analized retrospectively for the purpose of evaluating the hemostatic effect of PPH. Of the 52 cases ,PPH plus resection of external hemorrhoids was performed in 17 cases,and PPH plus suture ＆ ligation of superior hemorrhoidal arteries was performed in 39 cases. As results,postoperative bleeding was relieved in all the cases,small volume of blood was noticed in the stool of 28 cases,no massive bleeding occurred in all the cases,and the hemorrhoids were obviously shrunk. It is concluded that satisfactory thera-peutic results can be achieved with PPH in the treatment of hemorrhoidal hemorrhage.
