通过《癸卯学制》来阐析奉天实业学堂的有关情况及其创建的重要历史意义,从立法的角度说明奉天实业学堂适应了时代的发展,为当代的职业教育提供了很多的历史借鉴。
Introduces the related situation of Fengtian Industrial School through Guimao educational system. Considers that the establishment of Fengtian Industrial School has the important historical signifcance. Points out that Fengtian Industrial School adapted the time development from the legislation angle, and it has provided some historical reference for the contemporary vocational education.
