略论加强我党意识形态资源建设

On Strengthening the Construction of the Ideological Resource

党的执政能力的发挥,必须依托大量有效的资源,其中“意识形态执政资源”发挥着无形而又巨大的作用。全球化时代,我党意识形态执政资源建设必须具有更大的开放性、创新性,才能抵御西方敌对势力的渗透,整合全民族的力量,为中华民族的伟大复兴提供持久的智力支持和精神动力。本文从我党应正确处理主导性与多样性、先进性与层次性、批判性与建设性、继承性与创新性、法治性与德治性等五个方面阐述了加强我党意识形态执政资源建设的问题。

The exertion of the ruling power of the Communist Party depends on large amount of effective resources, among which ＂ideological ruling resource＂ plays an important role. At the age of globalization, the construction of the ideological ruling resource must be more open and more creative so that it can resist the penetration of the western rivalry powers, unite the strength of the whole nation, and provide intellectual support and the spiritual power for the great reconstruction of the Chinese nation. Based on the analysis on proper strategies to deal with the five aspects in the construction of the ideological resource： the domination and the diversity, the progress and the hierarchy, the criticism and the constructiveness, the inheritance and the creativity, the nomocracy and moral ruling, this paper expounds the issue of strengthening the construction of the ideological resource.
