摘要
对300mm四辊冷轧机工作辊弯辊新结构和板厚板形综合调节新机构(DC轧机)减振性能的实验表明,当工作辊弯辊缸和板厚板形综合调节机构工作时,轧机垂直振动幅值有较大幅度的降低。为适应不同结构轧机减振需要和填补国内冷轧机干摩擦阻尼减振装置研究的空白,又研制了结构简单、加工制造容易的新型干摩擦阻尼减振装置。该装置有良好的减振性能,宜在生产轧机减振时使用。
In this paper,an experimental study on the dampig efficiency of the new devices for work roll bending and the integrate gauge and shape control of 4-high cold rolling is described.The results show that the new devices can greatly reduce the amplitude of the vertical vibration of 4-high mill under working condition.In order to meet demands of different rolling mills,a new type of dry friction damper easy to manufacture and simple in structure has been developed.The experiment shows that such device is of good performance and may be practically used in industrial mill.
