摘要
应用数学模型和统计分析法,直接建立铁精矿(或烧结矿)品位的变化量与采矿、选矿、烧结和高炉各工序生产指标之间相互关系的经验式;以铁水的能值和单位生产费用为评价指标,提出了铁精矿合理品位的概念、评价准则和计算方法;以鞍钢为研究对象,给出了自熔性烧结矿的经济品位区是56%~58%。以铁精矿或烧结矿的经济品位组织选矿、烧结和高炉等工序的生产,则铁水的单位生产费用最低,单位能耗也很低。
Defining the concept of Economical Iron Content(EIC)of iron concentrate(or sinter),the method, criterion and formulas for determining EIC are offered.The influnce of iron content of iron concentrate on cost and energy consumed for hot metal during its production,beginning with ore mining,are discussed by means of mathematical model and statistical method.Regarding energy value of hot metal and its cost as the reference for evaluating iron content of sinter, EIC of self-fluxed sinter ranges from 56%to 58%under existing conditions at Anshan Iron and Steel Complex in 1993.In this case, the amount of energy consumed by the whole ironmaking system, involving mining, ore dressing, sintering and blast furnace production, is lower and cost per ton of hot metal is minimum.
