Summaries of the Second Chinese (Changsha) Trust International Forum

在第二届中国(长沙)信托国际论坛上,来自我国大陆、日本及我国台湾地区等的理论界和实务界人士围绕“中国《信托法》的修改及完善”以及“中国信托业的拓展与创新”这两个主题,对“中国《信托法》的修改与完善建议案”、“日本信托法以及信托业法修改动向介绍”、“信托产品研究”、“我国信托业实务开展中亟待解决的问题”、“信托理论探讨”等一系列问题展开了热烈的研讨。

There were two subjects ＂the amendment of the Chinese Trust Law＂ and ＂the expansion and innovation of the trust enterprise of China＂ on the Second Chinese （Changsha） Trust International Forum. Many scholars and experts China,Taiwan Province of China and Japan entered into a series of special topics, such as the proposal of the amendment of the Chinese Trust Law, the amendment of the Japanese Trust Law and the Trust Enterprise Law, the theory of trust, the productions of trust and some problems which need to be solved in practice of the trust enterprise of China.
