摘要
以混二甲苯作为萃取剂,讨论了萃取条件(温度、时间及萃取相比)、废水pH值以及废水中氨、吡啶等碱性物质对酚的平衡萃取效率的影响,并对混二甲苯萃取焦化厂含有氨、吡啶的含酚废水的机理进行初探。
In this paper,a study on thermodynamic equilibrium extraction of phenol containing wastewater with mixed dimethylbenzenes has been carried out.The effect of temperature(296~346 K),time(0~60 min)and pH value and contents of alkalinous compounds(ammonia,pyridine)in the wastewater on extraction efficiency for phenol has been studied.Experimental results show that pH value and contents of alkalinous compounds in wastewater are main factors to extraction.Related mechanism for extracting phenol from alkalinous compounds containing wastewater has been explained as well.
