中国是农业人口大国,西方的“工业化”道路解决不了中国农民增收的问题。解决中国农民增收问题,一要靠农民自主创业,二要靠发展非农产业吸收农民就业。农民收入问题的实质是农民通过自主创业和就业等多种形式实现收入的多样化和货币化,其根本出路是实现农业市场化、产业化和城镇化。
