摘要
现代篮球优秀前锋投篮技术,是在强对抗严密防守的情况下,NBA常规赛进攻与投篮的方式选择。只有充分发挥运动员身高、体力的优势,运用挤抗投篮、突破投篮和补篮等高难度技术,才会成功地获取投篮技术的高效率。这一投篮技术与进攻方式,对我国篮球技术的发展产生了巨大的影响力。
Modern basketball shooting technique in strong defense cases, the attacking and shooting ways adopted by NBA usually should give a full play to athletes＇ height,physical advantage,and use crowding -resisting skill, breaking -through skill,and tapping skill. This shooting technique and attacking way will influence the development of basketball in our country greatly.
