碱性锌锰电池负极凝胶剂的应用

摘要 碱性锌锰电池凝胶剂是由聚丙烯酸及其衍生物组成,是负极的重要材料之一,它直接影响电池的电性能及贮存寿命。对碱性锌锰电池凝胶剂的工作特性及工作原理进行了分析探讨,并根据其不同的理化性能进行了分类,对如何正确选用和合理搭配提出了一些依据和看法。 As gelling agent, polyacrylic acid and its derivative are commonly used in zinc gel binder of primary alkaline Zn - Mn02 batteries, and its application affects the electrical characteristics and shelf life of the battery. The characteristics and mechanism of the binder were analyzed and discussed in this paper. Further more, they were classified according to their physical and chemical properties, and the formula and the combination of the binder were discussed too.
