摘要
高校人事工作者在人事工作中应树立以人为本的服务理念,增强服务意识,这是时代的要求,也是人事工作者素质的体现。文章以语言艺术为切入点,从交谈情境的创设、交谈方式的选择、善于倾听和学会换位思考等方面论述了如何合理地运用语言艺术,增强人事工作服务的实效性。
The university personnel workers should establish a humanistic sense of service and strengthen their consciousness of service in their work. For this is a request of the times and the embodiment of the personnel workers' quality, too. This paper regards the art of language as a breakthrough and discusses the ways to create a conversing situation, select the mode of talking, listen to people attentively, and learn to think from the perspective of other people with a view to increasing the efficiency of the service.
