韶关市某小学群体性诺瓦克样病毒胃肠炎爆发调查

Investigation of the Outbreak of Gastroenteristis Caused by Norwalk-Like Virus in A Primary School of Shaoguan

目的对一起诺瓦克样病毒引起的群体性胃肠炎进行调查和分析。方法应用现场流行病学调查方法进行调查,对采集标本用RT-PCR进行实验检测。结果共发生病例44例,在采集的18宗粪便标本中,6宗RT-PCR结果为诺瓦克样病毒阳性,阳性率为33.33%(6/18)。通过加强饮食管理和个人卫生,加强对疫点环境、设施、教学用具消毒处理等综合措施,首例病例出现3d后疫情得到了有效控制。结论此次疫情为感染诺瓦克样病毒而引起的一起群体性急性胃肠炎爆发流行。

Objective To investigate, treat and analyze of population with gastroenteritis caused by norwalklike virus. Method Spot epidemic investigation method was used to analyze the outbreak of viral gastroenteritis and the patient samples were examined by RT-PCR. Result 44 cases were studied. 18 samples were collected and analyzed by RT-PCR. 6 samples were positive for norwalk-like virus,with a positive rate of 33.33%（6/18）. Comprehensive measurements, such as food management and disinfections of the environment were implemented in time and the epidemic situation was controlled effectively after 3 days of the first case occurred. Conclusion The incident was an acute gastroenteritis outbreak caused by norwalk-like virus.
