Antibacterial Protective Electrostatic Coating

本文论述了在粉末涂料原料中添加特定无机抗菌剂和在普通粉末涂料中按比例添加并混合无机抗菌剂生产粉末涂料的两种不同方法，以及采用原有的静电喷涂工艺和设备进行喷涂，制成的抗菌膜能自动有效杀抑附着的细菌、霉菌、藻类，并能防腐。

There are two methods of manufacturing antibacterial protective coatings： one is mixing and producing special organic anti-microbial agent with the powder coating materials; the other is to directly add the anti-microbial agent into the powder coatings andto mix them thoroughly. The formed film in the coating can automatically and effectively kill the settled bacterial, fungus, etc.
