摘要
目的探讨饮食疗法在大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病治疗中的作用。方法高脂饮食建立SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型,同期设正常饮食对照组;8周造模成功后,将模型大鼠随机分成高脂模型组、单纯饮食治疗组,第12周时全部处死。通过HE染色观察肝组织学改变,并测定其血清脂质、肝功能变化。结果高脂模型组大鼠于实验8、12周时分别形成单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎。与正常饮食对照组比较,高脂模型组大鼠一般情况、血清脂质、肝功能、肝组织学改变均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与高脂模型组比较,单纯饮食治疗组上述指标均有显著改善(均P<0.05)。结论饮食疗法对大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病起到一定的治疗作用。
Objective To explore the rule of dietetic treatment in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of rats. Methods Rat models of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were established by giving a fat-enhanced diet, and rats fed with normal diet were taken as controls. After 8 weeks, the model rats were randomly divided into high lipid group and normal diet treatment group. These rats were then sacrificed at the end of 12th week. Hepatic injury was assessed by the histopathology (H-E) according to the scoring system proposed by Brunt. The changes of blood lipid and liver function were also obtained and evaluated. Results Simple fatty liver disease and steatohepatitis were observed respectively in high lipid group at 8 week and 12 week. Compared with control group, the gross condition, blood lipid, liver function and liver histological change of high lipid group changed significantly (P〈0.05). Compared to high lipid group, the above markers in treatment group were greatly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Dietetic treatment has effect on rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
