Design and implementation of fundamental spatial database for "Digital Changsha"

本文针对长沙市基础空间数据库建库中的内容、组织方式、数据库的结构与系统实现等有关问题进行了讨论,提出面向数字城市和W ebG IS等应用服务的空间数据管理和解决方案,目前系统运行良好,并为长沙市规划局提供着空间信息服务。

This paper introduces the design of spatial database and its management system for Changsha City's Fundamental Spatial Data.Firstly, this paper introduces the contents and types of city's spatial data.Then,it discusses the organization of categories and layers of Changsha city's fundamental spatial data and the standardization of it.Thirdly,the structure of spatial database and the design and implementation of its management system are presented in the paper.In the end,a conclusion of the system was drawn,and the targets of future works are discussed.
