邹城市城区青少年肥胖因素分析

目的了解青少年肥胖的现状与影响因素,探讨预防控制对策。方法使用“青少年肥胖现象”问卷调查表进行调查,采用WHO推荐的身高标准体重法评价肥胖和超重。结果被调查的1188名学生中,体重超重占14.65%,肥胖占16.67%,小学生均高于初中生,初中生高于高中生,三者相互之间均无显著性差异。结论热能和营养摄入过度,饮食结构不合理,营养科学知识不足,挑食,过食营养、保健食品,生活行为和饮食习惯不良,运动量不足,心理行为,遗传,患有甲状腺、肾上腺、心脏和肺部疾病等因素是导致儿童青少年肥胖与超重的主要因素。

OBJECTIVE Understand the teenager fat present condition and the influence factor, inquiry in to correspond the counterplan. METHODS Usage ＂fat phenomenon of teenager＂ the questionnaire watch carries on the inquisition, the adoption WHO the height standard weight method of the recommendation evaluation obese and excess. RESULTS Was investigate in 1 188 students, the weight excess hasl4. 65%, the obese has 16. 67%, the primary school living all high living in the junior high school, the junior high school living all high living in the senior high school, its all have no obvious difference mutually. CONCLUSION The thermal energy and nourishments absorb the excessiveness, the food structure is not reasonable, the nourishment scientific knowledge shortage, be fastidious about food, eat nourishment, care the food, live the behavior and foods to make it a rule badly, the sport quantity shortage, mental behavior, heredity, get factors, such as thyroid gland, adrenal glands, heart and a disease of lung.., etc. Is cause child teenager＇s obese and excess of main factor.
