摘要
本文对比分析了氮基保护气氛和真空两种热处理加热介质对300M钢疲劳性能的影响,并研究了热处理后表面喷丸强化对300M钢疲劳性能的改善情况。结果表明,由于氮基保护气氛热处理后表面层有一定程度的氧化脱碳,故钢的疲劳极限比真空热处理的低近30%;由于喷丸强化后表面形成较大的压应力,消除了表面氧化层等不良影响,氮基保护气氛热处理后经喷丸的300M钢疲劳极限比未喷丸的提高约40%。
In this paper, the effect of heat treatment by the nitrogen atmosphere and vacuum furnace and shot peening thereafter on fatigue properties of 300M steel were studied. The results reveal that fatigue limit of 300M steel by heat treatment in nitrogen based atmosphere is lower by 30% than that of vacuum heat treated. Shot peening induces compressive stress on the surface layer of the specimen heat treated in nitrogen based atmosphere and eliminates the negative effect of oxidation, fatigue limit increased remarkably.
