摘要
本文对某型发动机在使用中发生的三起加力燃油总管固定耳座焊缝开裂故障进行了深入分析,三起故障有诸多相似之处,属于同类故障。通过断口分析和金相组织检查,确定了其失效模式为高周疲劳断裂。进一步通过受力分析,确定导致固定耳座焊缝疲劳开裂的主要原因是该部位应力水平较高。焊接缺陷对疲劳裂纹的萌生也起到了一定的促进作用。
The paper studied three failure examples of afterburner fuel manifold, and discussed the failure mode and causes through fracture analysis,microstructure detection and mechanical analysis, The result showed that failure mode was high cycle fatigue crack. High stress on the manifold lug weld was the main cause of the failure. In addition, weld defect accelerates the fatigue crack initiation.
