水内冷发电机空芯铜导线结垢物的表征和分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决300MW发电机定子槽线圈的异常升温现象,利用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和红外光谱,对定子空芯铜导线中的结垢物进行了表征和分析。结果表明,结垢物是聚四氟乙烯粘结树脂、玻纤束、密封胶及腐蚀物氧化铜;定子槽线圈的异常升温是由外部引入的几种结垢物堵塞空芯铜导线引起的。 To solve the phenomenon of abnormal temperature rising of generator stator slots of 300MW unit, scaling substance adhered to the hollow copper conducting wire of generator stator was characterized and analyzed by SEM, EDS and FTIR. The experimental resuits showed that the scaling substance were mainly polytetrafluoroethylene binding resin, fiberglass bundle, sealing germ and copper oxide from corrosion. The abnormal rising temperature of the stator slots was due to scaling substance blocking hollow copper conducting wile.
