摘要
目的:构建胃癌的模糊辨证模型。方法:对收集的769例胃癌患者病例进行分析,确立论域U和证型集合V、症状-证型模糊关系,建立模糊矩阵,采用模糊矩阵运算合成、最大隶属原则,构建胃癌的模糊辨证模型。结果:模型对6种证型的符合率分别为:肝胃不和型75.00%、胃热伤阴型72.22%、脾胃虚寒型70.00%、瘀毒内阻型64.29%、痰湿凝结型66.67%、气血双亏型72.22%,总体符合率为69.52%。结论:该辨证模型为辨证的客观化研究提供了一个思路,有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To establish the fuzzy mathematic model for differentiation of symptoms and signs of gastric carcinoma. Methods:According to the analysis of 769 cases of gastric carcinoma, the fuzzy symptom set U and fuzzy type set V, the fuzzy reference between symptom and type, fuzzy matrix were set up, the diagnostic model was established according to matrix operation and synthesis, the biggest under commanding principle. Results: Incoordination between liver and stomach was 75.00%, stomach heat due to deficiency in yin was 72.22%, insufficiency of spleen and stomach was 70. 00%, retention of blood stasis toxin in the interior was 64.29%, and stagnation of phlegm-damp was 66. 67% and exhaustion of both qi and blood was 72. 22%, the total coincidence was 69. 52%. Conclusion: The model offers a solution for objective research of differentiation of symptoms and signs, and has clinical value to some extent.
