摘要 目的:探讨TGF-α、EGFR表达与胰腺癌神经浸润转移的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测31例胰腺癌及其对应癌旁组织中TGF-α、EGFR蛋白表达水平。结果:EGFR蛋白表达水平与胰腺癌神经浸润转移相关(P<0.05)。胰腺癌中有神经浸润转移者TGF-α、EGF R共同表达为12例(63.16%),无神经浸润转移者共同表达为2例,其间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR蛋白的过量表达,TGF-α/EGFR自分泌环可能在胰腺癌神经浸润转移中也起重要作用。 Objective:To study the expression of TGFα and EGFR in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: Expression of TGF-α and EGFR were investigated immunohistochemically. Results: The expression of EGFR in pancreatic carcinoma correlate with nervous infiltration(P〈0. 05). 14 of all patients under investigation show both TGF-α and EGFR positive. Conclusion:The overexpression of EGFR may be indicators of nervous infiltration and the co-expression of TGF-α and EGFR may play an important role in nervous infiltration of pancreatic carcinoma.
