多层螺旋CT对肝移植术后并发症诊断价值评价

Diagnostic Value of MSCT in Patients with Complications Due to Live Irans Plantatioa

摘要 1963年Starzl成功开展了世界上第1例肝移植术（1iver transplantation，LT），自此揭开了治疗终末期肝病的新篇章。截止2001年底，全世界共有100179例病人接受了LT；至2002年底，国内的LT数也已累计达到1840例。然而，随着LT在国内外的蓬勃开展，不可避免地会带来各种类型的术后并发症。为了进一步提高LT术患者后近远期的存活率，及早发现并干预各型并发症就显得尤为重要。
