Small Incison Extrcapsulor Cataract Extraction and IOL Implantation applies to Concentrative Vision Rehabilitation in Basic-level Hospital

目的:讨论基层医院在开展防治白内障盲的模式和手术方法的选择。方法:180例白内障盲中采用三级医院专家指导．二级医院医师手术的模式,开展集中复明活动和集中复明活动中采用小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的手术方法。结果:术后视力≥0．5为85％,0．1-0．3为10．8％。结论:采用三级医院专家技术指导,二级医院医师手术的复明活动的模式和术中采用小切口白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的手术方法既能培训基层医院眼科医师又能提高防盲治盲成功率。

Objective：Discussion the choose of the modes and operating methods during the treatmenting of cataract blindness in basic-level hospitals. Methods：Centralizing 180 cataract blindness patients, we launched the vision rehabilitation action, choosing the mode of guiding by the experts of the third class hospitals and operating by the doctors of the second class hospitals, and choosing of methods of small incision extracapsulor catarat extraction and IOL implantation. Results： Postoperative VA：≥0.5（85%） ;postoperative VA ：0. 1-0. 3 （10. 8%）. Conclusion：Choosing the mode of guiding by the experts of the third class hospitals and operating by the doctors of the second class hospitals, and choosing the methods of small incision extracapsulor catarat extraction and IOL implantation in the Vision rehabilitation actions, we can not only train the oculists of basic-level hospitals, but also raise the success ratio in prevention and cure blindness.
