头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Fortum Joint Azithromycin on Patients with the Bacuillus Pyocyaneus Infections

目的:比较铜绿假单胞菌感染应用头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗与单用头孢他啶或环丙沙星治疗的临床疗效。方法:采用平行对照法,共213例,其中联合组110例,给头孢他啶2 g,每12 h 1次,联用阿奇霉素500 mg,每天1次。头孢他啶组83例,给头孢他啶2 g,每12 h 1次。环丙沙星组20例,给环丙沙星400 mg,1 d 1次。结果:联合组的痊愈率、总有效率均高于头孢他啶组和环丙沙星组;联合组咳嗽、咳痰好转和白细胞恢复正常的平均天数均少于环丙沙星组(P<0．01; P<0．05);联合组体温恢复正常和白细胞恢复正常的平均天数均少于头孢他啶组(均P<0．05)。讨论:联合组治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染的疗效优于头孢他啶组及环丙沙星组。

Objective：To compare the efficacy of Fortum joint Azithromycin and Fortum or Ciprofloxacin clone in patients with the bacuillus pyocyaneus infections. Methods：213 patieuts was asigned in this parallel control clinical trial. 110 cases were assigued to the joint group, given Fortum 2g/100ml,ivgtt once every tweleve hours, and added Azithromycin,500 mg/250 ml, ivgtt,once a clay, whereas 83 cases were assigned to the Fortum group, given Fortum,2 g/100ml,ivgtt,once every 12 hours; The rest of were in Ciprofloxacin group, given 400mg/250 ml,ivgtt,once a day. Results： Both the cure rate and the total effective ratio all were higher inthe joint group than those in the Fortum or Ciprofloxacin group. The improvement of the symptom of cough and expectoration in the joint group and the number of the WBC to get right all were shorter than the Ciprofloxacin group（P〈0.01 ;P〈0.05）. The time recover to the normal level for both tempreture and the number of WBC in the joint group were shorter than the Fortum group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fortum joint with Azithromgcin is better than the Forlum or ciprofloxacin aloneg to cure the bacuillus pyocyaneus infections.
