应用3种抗原的芯片系统检测结核分枝杆菌

摘要 目的探讨3种抗原的芯片系统检测结核分枝杆菌的敏感性及特异性。方法以3种结核抗原的芯片检测系统,对临床确诊的100例肺结核标本及100例非结核标本进行检测。结果芯片检测的敏感度为88%,两项或三项指标同时阳性时,特异度可达100%;芯片检测结核组与非结核组结果有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论结核分枝杆菌3种抗原的芯片敏感性高、特异性强。 Objective To discuss the sensitivity and specificity of three antigens chip system in detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis. Method One hundred pulmonary tuberculosis and 100 non-pulmonary tuberculosis serum samples were analyzed respectively with three antigens chip system. Results The chip system sensitivity in detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis was 88%, the specificity achieved to 100 % when two or three items were positive simultaneously. Significant difference existed between pulmonary tuberculosis and non-pulmonary tuberculosis when analyzed with this chip system ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Three antigens chip system is sensitive, specific, simple, accurate and will be valuable in clinical applications.
