摘要
目的探讨超声定位在经皮肾镜超声碎石术(percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy,PNUL)中的应用价值。方法应用超声诊断仪对26例肾结石患者行术中定位,根据结石部位决定经皮肾穿刺点及穿刺路径。结果26例肾结石患者经术中超声定位均成功施行PNUL,无一出现并发症。结论超声定位对肾结石患者行PNUL的成功与否起决定性作用,有很高的实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the practical value of ultrasound locatization in percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods Twenty six patients with renal calculi were located by ultrasonograph in the course of operation. Puncture point and puncture path were decided by the calcu- lus location. Results With ultrasound locatization in the course of operation, PNUL were carried out in 26 patients with renal calculi successfully. And complication did not appear. Conclusion Ultrasound locatization is the decisive factor in success of the PNUL . Therefore , it has great practical value.
