摘要
目的从细胞、蛋白和基因三个水平分析内皮蛋白C受体(endothelial protein C receptor,EPCR)在肺癌细胞系的表达。方法以EA.hy926内皮细胞作阳性对照,人胚肺WI38细胞作阴性对照,通过流式细胞术、West-ern blot及半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应分析EPCR在6种肺癌细胞系的表达水平。结果6株肺癌细胞系均有EPCR的表达,高转移肺癌95D细胞表达最高。结论EPCR的表达是肺癌细胞的重要特征,可能与肺癌增殖及转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of endothelial protein C receptor(EPCR) in variety of human lung cancer cell lines. Method With EA. hy926 cell as the positive controls and hu- man embryonic lung WI38 as the negative controls, the expression of EPCR in 6 lung cancer cell lines were measured by FCM, Western blot and semi - quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Results EPCR was found in all 6 lung cancer cell lines and its most expression was seen in the high - metastasis lung carcinoma 95D cell line. Conclusion Highexpression of EPCR in tumor cell lines provides a potential biological marker for malignancies. It is likely to participate in cell proliferation and metastasis.
