摘要
以海带为原料提取生物活性碘,进而与盐复配制得生物活性碘盐产品。对海带提取生物碘工艺条件进行了探索研究。考察了浸取时间,浸取温度,加水量对浸取率的影响,从而确定了理想工艺条件:浸取温度50℃,浸取时间9h,加水量20倍。实验制得生物碘营养盐产品,经检验含碘量为:29·2mg/kg,符合国家有关标准要求。
The bio-active iodine salt is prepared by compounding a bio-active iodine from kelp with salt. conditions influencing the extraction of the bio-active iodine, such as different methods of pre-treatments, temperature and so on, were investigated. The best conditions of the extraction were that : the dry kelp soaked water ( 1 : 20) for 9 hours at 50℃.
