套管法建立小鼠颈部心脏移植模型的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨套管法建立小鼠颈部心脏移植模型的优越性。方法供体、受体均为小鼠,将受体颈总动脉、颈外静脉制成套管,再分别与供心升主动脉、肺动脉行套管吻合。结果经过25次正式实验,手术成功率为92.0%,供心总缺血时间约20 min,术后平均存活(16.0±2.5)d。结论套管法简单可靠,手术成功率高,术后并发症少,供心总缺血时间短,术后血管通畅性好,是建立小鼠颈部心脏移植模型的优选方法。 Objective Using cuff technique to construct the model of hear transplantation in the cervix of mice. Methods Both donor and recipient were mice. Using cuff-technique, the right common carotid artery of the recipient was made into artery-sleeve and the right external jugular vein into vein-sleeve respectively. The recipient's artery-sleeve was anastomosed to the donor's ascending artery and the vein-sleeve to the pulmonary artery respectively. Results In 25 operations, the successful rate was about 92.0% (23/25). The total ischemic time of the transplanted heart was about 20 min. The postoperative survival time was (16.0±2.5) d. Conclusion The cuff-technique was simple and credible. It reduced the complication, shortened the ischemic time of the transplanted heart and remained the blood vessel unobstructed longer. It was a simple and primary-choice way to construct the model of heart transplantation in the cervix of mice.
