摘要
目的:考察远志生品与不同蜜炙品(1、2、3、6号)的急性毒性及对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:采用急性毒性LD50法、胃排空甲基橙比色法及小肠炭末推进法,对比远志不同蜜炙品与生品对小鼠全身毒性及胃肠靶器官的毒性。结果:蜜远志1、2、3号的急性毒性均小于生远志(P<0.05,P<0.01);生远志、蜜远志1号、2号、6号8g/kg组与空白组比较,能显著抑制胃排空(P<0.01),而蜜远志3号8g/kg、4g/kg组对胃排空则无明显影响;生远志8g/kg组能显著抑制小肠推进率,且与其余各组比较,均存在显著差异(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:蜜远志3号对全身及胃肠运动的毒副反应较小,安全性相对较高。
Objective : To inspect the LD50 and the influence of gastrointestinal motility on mice between Crude and various Honeystir-baked Radix Polygalae ( No. 1, 2, 3, 6 ) . Methods and results: Using LD50 of acute toxicity, methyl orange colorimetry of gastric emptying and charcoal propulsion of small intestine, to research the mice ' s general and target organ toxicity on stomach and intestines between Crude and Honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae.The result indicated that, acute toxicity of Honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae (No. 1, 2, 3) are smaller than that of Crude (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) ; Comparing with the control, the 8g/kg group of Crude and Honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae (No. 1, 2, 6) can remarkably restrain gastric emptying (P 〈0.01), but the 8g/kg, 4g/kg groups of Honey-stir-baked (No 3) have no influence on gastric emptying; The 8g/kg group of Crude Radix Polygalae can remarkably suppress rate of small intestine propulsion, and has the remarkable difference with other each group ( P 〈 0.05 ; P 〈 0.01 ) .Conclusion: The general and gastrointestinal motility toxicity of Honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae (No. 3) are small, and the security comparatively high.
