早期肠内营养在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的意义

Role of early enteral nutrition in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:观察早期肠内营养(EN)在SAP治疗中的作用。方法:64例SAP病人,随机分为观察组43例,对照组21例,两组病人均给予SAP的常规治疗。观察组给予EN,对照组给予完全胃肠道外营养(TPN),观察临床疗效。结果:观察组患者腹胀缓解时间,血、尿淀粉酶复常天数,胰周感染率,M OF发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期EN更适合于SAP。

Objective： To evaluate the role of early enteral nutrition in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods： Sixty--four SAP patients were randomly divided into two groups, 43 in the treatment group and 21 in control group. All the patients of SAP were received conventional treatment, and treatment group was treated by enteral nutrition, and the control group was treated by total porentenal nutrition （TPN）. Results： In the treatment group, the time of the abdomen distension alleviation was short （P 〈70. 05） ,and the levels of serum amylase and urinary amylase were decreased （P 〈0.05） , and the ratio of pancreatic infection and the multi-- organ function failure were remarkably decreased, compared with the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of early enteral nutrition has important role in the treatment of patients with SAP.
