摘要
以自制的聚醚接枝丙烯酸/甲基丙烯磺酸钠共聚物作为高效减水剂,研究了该减水剂对水泥石结构的影响,讨论了减水剂掺量对水泥净浆流动性、水泥砂浆减水率、混凝土坍落度和坍落度损失以及水泥砂浆和混凝土抗压强度的影响,并与市售的萘系减水剂进行了比较.实验结果表明,聚羧酸盐高效减水剂对水泥净浆、水泥砂浆和混凝土有较好的减水作用,能显著提高上述材料的流动性和力学强度.
By using polyether grafted copolymer of acrylic acid/sodium methylacrylsulfonate as superplasticizer,the effect of the addition of polycarboxylate(PC) superplaslicizer on the structure of hardened cement paste was investigated. The content of water-reducer on the cement paste fluidity, water reducing rate of cement mortar, concrete slump and slump loss, and the compressive strength of mortar and concrete were also studied. The comparison between polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene-type water-reducer bought in the market was made. The experimental results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer has excellent water reducing effect for the cement paste, cement mortar and concrete, and can remarkably enhance their fluidity and mechanical strengths.
