摘要
用DTA,XRD,SEM,MIP方法研究了铁对硫铝酸钡钙矿物的水化产物的影响.结果表明,加铁后水泥的主要水化产物为BaSO4,含铁C3AH6,CAH10,C2AH8,铁胶和铝胶.C2.75B1.25A2.75Fe0.25-S试样水化时,少量的Fe3+可阻止介稳态的CAH10和C2AH8的转换;C2.75B1.25A2Fe-S试样水化时,大量的Fe3+可促进介稳态的CAH10和C2AH8转变为C3AH6,导致水泥后期强度下降.
By experiment methods of DTA, XRD, SEM and MIP, the influence of the ferrite on the hydration products of barium-bearing calcium sulfo-aluminate was studied. The results show that the main hydration products are BaSO4, Fe-bearing C3AH6, CAH10 or C2AH8, Fe(OH)3 gel and Ca(OH)2 gel. When Ca2.75 B1. 25 A2. 75 Fe0.25 S^- hydrates, transition of the unstable Fe-bearing CAH10 and Fe-bearing C2AH8 are held back by a little Fe3. ions, but the transition are promoted by a great lot Fe3^ +ions and leads to the reduction of late strength.
