摘要 采用正交试验方法,全面研究了硅酸钠溶液模数、浓度,高岭土煅烧温度、煅烧时间以及液固比对土壤聚合物抗压强度、净浆扩展度和凝结时间的影响,并对土聚反应产物进行了初步探讨.研究结果表明:(1)各因素对土壤聚合物3 d抗压强度均有特别显著的影响;除了硅酸钠溶液模数外,其他因素都对土壤聚合物7 d抗压强度有特别显著的影响;只有液固比对土壤聚合物28 d抗压强度有特别显著的影响.(2)硅酸钠溶液浓度和液固比对土壤聚合物净浆扩展度的影响特别显著.(3)各因素对土壤聚合物凝结时间的影响不显著.(4)土聚反应生成的产物是无定形的,它可能是单硅铝酸土壤聚合物(PS)和双硅铝酸土壤聚合物(PSS)的复合物. The influences of modulus, concentration of sodium silicate solution, calcined temperature and calcined time of kaolin and liquid-solid ratio on compressive strength, mini-slump extension and setting time of geopolymers material were investigated by using cross experimental design method. The pilot study on the reaction products of geopolymers was made. The results are as followings: (1)The effect of each factor on 3 d compressive strength is significant, the effect of each factor except modulus of sodium silicate solution on 7 d compressive strength is significant, only the factor of liquid-solid ratio has significant effect on 28 d compressive strength. (2)The effects of concentration of sodium silicate solution and liquid-solid ratio on mini-slump extension of geopolymers material are significant. (3)The effect of each factor on setting time of geopolymers material is no significance. (4)The reaction products of geopolymers are amorphous, and they may be the multiplex substances of the PS and the PSS.
