山西省初中教育现状分析与发展对策研究(上)

An Analysis of the Current Situation of Education in Shanxi Junior Middle Schools & Countermeasures Task Force

20世纪90年代以来,山西省初中教育取得了一定的成绩,在实现基本“普九”的宏伟目标中,山西省一直处于中西部地区领先的位置。与此同时,山西省初中教育也面临着诸多的困难和问题,如初中教育中大量存在的质量、水平不高等现象困扰着山西省义务教育的可持续发展。在当前全面实施素质教育的新形势下,教育改革已是不可逆转的历史趋势,从而也为山西省初中教育的大力发展提供了难得的机遇。我们只有根据省情,在有限资源的情况下,合理定位初中教育的培养目标,提高初中阶段教育的质量和水平,才能保证山西省初中教育的健康、稳定、高效发展,进而才能进一步全面提高义务教育的质量和效益,推动山西省整个教育事业的良性发展。

Since 1990s, the junior middle school education in Shanxi province has achieved a lot. In the realization of the great aim of popularizing the nine-year compulsory education, Shanxi province has been in the leading place in the western areas, thus promoting the overall development of the basic education in our province. But at the same time, there are still a lot of difficulties and problems in the junior education, such as the low teaching quality, puzzling the sustainable development of Shanxi compulsory education. In the current new situation of implementing quality education, the educational reform has become the historical trend that cannot be reversed, which has provided a rare opportunity for the further development of junior education in our province. Only when we give a reasonable orientation to the training objective of junior education and improve the teaching quality by utilizing the limited resources according to the actual situation of our province, can we guarantee the healthy, steady and efficient development of junior education and improve the quality of compulsory education, thus promoting the favorable cycle of the overall educational cause in Shanxi province.
