摘要 根据高温延塑性的测试和连铸坯表面温度的测定。含铌、钒、钛钢在700~900℃的第Ⅲ脆性温度区断面收缩率RA值较低,约在36%左右。若RA值大于40%时,高温延塑性温度为950℃,即使采用弱冷、铸坯边角部温度也不能够达到。通过测定,对制定工艺措施,改善矫直区的热塑性,减少连铸坯边角部裂纹都能有很大的帮助。 According to the test of high temperature ductibility and plasticity and surface temperature measurement of continuous casting slab, the reduction of cross sectional area RA value in Ⅲ brittleness temperature region between 700 ℃ and 900 ℃ for Nb, V and Ti containing steel is lower, which is around 36%. If RA value is over 40% and the temperature of high temperature ductibility and plasticity is 950 ℃, the temperature cannot be reached at the strand corners and edges even when soft cooling practice is taken. Measuring the temperature is of great help for establishing process practice, improving hot plasticity in leveling region and reducing cracks at strand edges and corners.
