目的为满足人们对健康的需求,改进我们现有的工作方法,提高护理服务质量和内涵。方法结合我院实际,在普外科及心胸外科开展人性化全程优质护理服务。结果病人对护理服务的满意率达98%,取得了良好的社会效益。

The purpose is to satisfy peopleb need for health, to improve the working method we execute, to advance the quality of care service. The approach is carrying out peesonal all - process care in the ordinary surgical department and heart surgical department according to our practical work. The result that the patients＇satisficative rate about the care service will get 98% ,and gaining good social effectiveness would be available.
