摘要
本文对126例(152个病灶)经手术病理证实的妇科盆腔良恶性肿瘤进行CDFI检测,其诊断符合率为92.1%,对良、恶性肿瘤数的检出率分别为96.5%和89.5%。按血流信号丰富程度分为O~Ⅲ级,良、恶性肿瘤分别以O、Ⅰ级和Ⅱ、Ⅲ级为主(P<0.01);测定PS和RI值,良恶性肿瘤分别表现为中低速中低阻力频谱和高速低阻力频谱(P<0.01)。并与CT、MRI比较,CDFI的准确性(87.5%~90.0%)和敏感性(77.8%~83.3%),明显高于CT,与MRI相近。三种影像检测的特异性均在92.9%~93.3%之间,如联合检测可进一步提高诊断准确率。
This paper dealed with the benign and malignant tumors of the pelvic cavities in 126 women, which were examined with CDFI; All the cases had been confirmed with pathological examination (152 foci) obtained through operation. The coincidence rate of diagnosis with CDFE was 91.2%; the detectable rate for benign and malignant tumors was 96.5% and 89.5%, respectively. According to the amount and the size of blood stream Signal, tumors were classified into four grades:0,Ⅰ. Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Benign tumors belonged mainly to Grade 0 or Ⅰ,and malignant turnors to Grade Ⅱ or Gmde Ⅲ(P<0.01), In benign tumors, the PS and RI test values came about in the form of moderate and low rate and low resistance frequency spectrum, while in malignant tumors, in the form of high rate and low resistance frequency spectrum (P<0.01).A comparative study showed CDFI had an obviously higher accuracy (87.5% ) and sensitivity (90.0% ) than CT,but wassimilar to MRI in diagnosing the women's pelvic benign and malignant tumors. The detection specificity in each of three kinds of imaging was between92.9%and 93.3%, The joint application of these different kinds of imaging detection may result in a further increase in the diagnostic coincidence rate.
