经腹－会阴部途径联合超声扫查法诊断盆腔静脉曲张症

The Diagnosis of Pelvic Varicocele Using Combined Transabdominal and Transperineal Approach Echocardiography Scan Method

本文报道了经腹－会阴部途径联合超声扫查法对３６例经造影证实的盆腔静脉曲张症患者进行观察、分析，结果诊断符合率为１００％，较单独经腹部途径的７８％或经会阴途径的８３％为高。提出两种方法的联合应用互补了方法学上的不足，具有肯定的临床应用价值。

pelvic varicocele patients proved by angiography were observed and aralysed using combined transabdominal and transperineal approach echocardiography scan method rate is 100%. It is higher than that of transabdominal apporach(82%)and transperioneal (94%), respectively. The results reveal that two methods can compensatl each other and have a definitl clinical values.
