摘要
探讨电磁法碱液浓度检测中的温度补偿问题.通过实验方法测量不同浓度在不同温度下的电导率数据,利用最小二乘原理拟合浓度-温度-电导率曲线,从而得到具有温度补偿的不同浓度下电磁浓度变送器的输出函数关系表达式.实现了丝光机碱液浓度检测过程中温度补偿,使检测精度达到丝光工艺要求.
In order to slove the problem of temperature compensation in the detection of conductivity of lye solution density by electromagnic method, different density under different temperature conductivity data is measured through experimental technique. Meanwhile, the principle of least squares method is used to fit the curve about conductivity of lye, temperature and conductivity. Thus,the output function relational expression of the electromagnetic concentration analyzer was obtained with temperature compensation under the different density. Temperature compensation is realized during measuring concentration of lye in mercerizing process and accuracy of detection meets the requirement of mercerization.
