摘要
为提高组合体构型设计的速度及准确性,对具有不可构表面的可构视图的构型设计方法进行了研究,并归纳出三条构型设计原则:①按已知视图的外轮廓,构造出最大点群域;②在最大点群域中先构造出不可构表面;③在含有同面点集的封闭图框范围内构造出空间型体.最后通过实例,验证了这三条构型设计原则.
To impove the speed and exactitude of constructing design of combined 'body, the method of constructing design is researched by the constructable view with inconstructable surface, and the three rules of constructing design are induced: first, the range of maximum common point group is constructed by out-line of view. Second, the inconstructable surface must be constructed in the range of maximum common point group. Third, the 3d-shape must be changed in the wake of change the shape of common plane point group. Finally, the three rules of constructing design are verified by illustration.
