毛条反演合批毛原料优化系统的研究

摘要 以澳毛加工中广泛应用的通过原料指标预测成品毛条质量的TEAM公式为基础,对澳毛质量指标与价格及其折扣关系进行分析,从理论上研究对特定质量要求的毛条,建立原料优化数学模型,并利用计算机求解,反演合并批原料指标,使在满足毛条质量要求的前提下,使毛条的原料成本最低.以得出的结果应用于实际生产指导毛纺企业澳毛配毛,能使配毛过程更加迅速、合理,有利于提高企业使用澳毛的技术水平,为企业精细加工提供科学依据. A raw wool optimization of mathematic model is established that aims at top reverse combined wool. It is not only based on TEAM formulae which have widespread application in top prediction of Australian wool processing performance, but also based on relationship between price/discounts and Australian wool characteristics. Raw wool inputs can be optimized from top qualities on the .basis of the mathematic model through computer,which can produce top that meets the requirements and have the lowest price. This result could Australian wool matching in mills and makes wool matching rapidly and reasonably. This is availed to afford scientific means for quality management to improve Australian wool process level.
