摘要
通过对企业人力资源管理定位转变的分析,提出构建人力资源管理体系.认为发挥智力资本的优势尤为重要,指出我国企业人力资源管理体系急需重新构建,提出了现代企业构建人力资源管理体系的思路.
Based on the analysis of transformation of management orientation on human resource in enterprises, it is put forward that construction of human resource management and the importance of intellectual capital. The great need for reconstruction of human resource management is pointed out and the problems are considered in this transformation.
