摘要
调查了我国纺织企业职工教育培训现状,指出目前纺织企业职工教育培训存在的问题,分析了纺织企业忽视职工教育培训的原因及存在的误区.根据纺织企业实际情况,提出了对管理人员、专业技术人员和一般员工的培训模式和培训手段等,以提高纺织企业职工的整体素质,从而提高企业的竞争力.
The current situation of job-training program of textile enterprises is researched in China, and the existed problems are pointed out in the area, Also, it analyzes the reason for the ignorance on jobtraining program, enables the enterprises to realize the necessity and significance of job-training, reminds the leaders of the enterprises of the advantages it brings to the organization. According to the actual condition of textile enterprises, the paper provides with the training forms and styles for managers, professionals and workers as well, to improve the whole quality of the employees of the enterprises. By doing this, the competitiveness of the enterprises will be enhanced for sure.
