摘要
本文借助心脏模型探讨了99mTc-MIBI心肌断层定量显像分析方法,容积定量分析所计算的心肌缺损体积和靶心图法计算的心肌缺损面积均与模型真实值非常接近(P>0.05)。91例心梗患者同时进行了心肌断层及心血池心功能显像,定量分析获得的心肌梗塞体积分数与面积分数同患者左心功能呈明显负相关。64例冠心病患者体外反搏治疗后,心肌缺血范围明显减少。结果提示,心肌定量分析是判断冠心病病变范围、功能及评价疗效的重要方法之一。
The article was designed to study the quantitative method of Tc-99m MIB1 myocardium tomography with heart phantom tests.The results showed that myocardial defect volume (DV) calculated by volume quantitative method (VQM) and defect area (DA) by Bull' s eye plot (PBP) were well accordant with true value (P>0.05). 91 patients with myocardium infarct underwent Tc-99m MIB1 myocardial SPECT and score (ES). and volume score (VS) in infarct myocardium area were calculated automatically by computer with PBP or VQM。We found that ES, VS have good correlation with left ventrical function (LVEF). The regression formula estabished by ES or VS could well forecast LVEF, 64 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) were performed external counterplusation (ECP) therapy. The amount of the left ventricular hypoperfused myocardium reduced after ECP These results indicated Tc-99m MIBI myocardial quantitative imaging provide good method for evaluating the ischemia or infarct extent, cardiac function and therapy in patients with CAD.
